Menus and Confirmations of trucks shared with operations a minimum of 7 days out from service for request submitted with 2 or more weeks notice. With confirmations 2 weeks or less we will send ASAP with a target of 3 days from scheduled event.
All partners will make efforts to deliver Sales Reporting and Invoices back to Compass within 72 hrs. (Three Business Days) from actual event. Trucks will be required to submit all sales to FW Truck Partners within 48 hrs. (Two Business Days).
For Cancellations: We will continue to review cancellations case by case to see how if possible, to eliminate any fee.
21 days or more from event date will only be subject to 25% of the non-refundable deposit paid to reserve the event.
7 to 21 days of event date will be subject to 50% of the overall quoted catering fee or minimum guarantee.
7 days or less of event date will be subject to 100% of the overall quoted catering fee minimum guarantee.
